Mrs. Arrow was born and reared in Louisville, Kentucky. She graduated from St. Barnabas, Presentation Academy, and Bellarmine University with a Master of Arts Degree in Education.
Mrs. Arrow is married to Michael and has three grown children who are married and have gifted her with four, soon to be five, beautiful grandsons. They are her pride and joy. Her hobby was rose gardening and reading, but has changed now that she has grandchildren. Mrs. Arrow enjoys spending time with all the little ones who range in age from 7 months to 2 1/2 years old.
